Balder, the brightest, most beautiful and kindest of gods. Son of Odin and Frigg. The Aesir gods said that no one could say a bad word about him and that nothing bad could happen as long as they had Balder. Everyone loved him except Loki. Loke tricked Balders brother Höder into killing him with an arrow made out of mistletoe.
